PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducted the initial site visit for field verification of existing conditions

• Developed schematic, conceptual and construction documents as well as millwork and custom lighting details​

• Selected all furniture, fabrics, floor and wall finishes and approved drawings and strike-offs for all custom pieces, including the banquette seating and carpet

• Presented the design concept to the owners for approval

• Created the specification book for all interior items related to the renovation

• Answered any questions about the interior design package from the procurement team while at Leo A. Daly
